Restaurant Review: Capital City Grill

Capital City Grill is a great choice for American Cuisine. My husband and I had date night there and oh . . . talking about delicious! We started with an appetizer- their homemade spinach queso and salsa. The tomatoes in the salsa were fresh . . . Very fresh!

My husband ordered pork chops. These were some of the most delicious pork chops ever served at a restaurant. They were paired with Parmesan smashed potatoes and a side of marmalade.

I ordered the Capital Chicken. Can you see how FRESH the mozzarella is? Under there are sautéed bell peppers, jalapeños and onion. Mushroom as well, but I said, “No mushrooms, please.”

The Capital chicken was served with brown rice and veggies. My goal was to be on my best caloric behavior, but then I wanted to try the Mac & Cheese.

It. Was. Good. And, so was the refreshing mojito I ordered.

We enjoyed everything we ordered. So, tell me; what’s your favorite restaurant?
